Colin Claxton - Founder & Chief Executive Officer (CEO)

Colin leads the overall direction and operational execution of CCGS, overseeing business development, procurement operations, supplier relationships, and strategic growth initiatives. His background in military service, construction operations, finance, and technical environments shaped his disciplined, mission-focused approach to leadership and operational management.

Colin is responsible for guiding company strategy, developing supplier partnerships, supporting government procurement efforts, and ensuring responsive communication and dependable execution across all operational activities. He prioritizes accountability, professionalism, and long-term relationship building with both suppliers and agency partners.

Caleb Claxton - Co-Founder & Chief Operating Officer (COO)

Caleb oversees the operational and logistical functions of CCGS, ensuring sourcing requests, procurement activities, and fulfillment operations are handled efficiently and professionally. His background in military operations, communications, construction environments, and business operations supports the company’s focus on organization, reliability, and disciplined execution.

Caleb manages workflow coordination, supplier communication, procurement support activities, and operational processes while helping maintain consistency across daily operations. His attention to detail and structured operational mindset help ensure projects remain organized, responsive, and mission-focused.

Aaron Payne - Co-Founder & Chief Strategy Officer (CSO)

Aaron leads strategic planning, technical positioning, and long-term operational development for CCGS. His background spans military service, laboratory operations, nuclear chemistry, radiochemistry, research environments, and technical analysis, providing the company with strong technical and analytical capabilities.

Aaron supports strategic growth initiatives, supplier and market research, operational planning, and capability development while helping ensure CCGS remains aligned with evolving agency requirements, infrastructure needs, and technical procurement opportunities. His experience in high-reliability operational environments reinforces the company’s emphasis on precision, compliance, quality systems, and mission-critical support.
