Leadership

Colin Claxton - Founder & Chief Executive Officer (CEO)

Colin guides the overall direction of CCGS and oversees the company’s daily operations. His background in the military and in technical field roles shaped his approach to leadership—steady, disciplined, and focused on getting the job done right. Colin manages supplier partnerships, government procurement efforts, and product verification, while also setting the communication standards that define how CCGS works with agencies. He prioritizes clarity, accountability, and reliable follow-through in every request the company handles.

Caleb Claxton - Co-Founder & Chief Operating Officer (COO)

Caleb runs the operational side of CCGS, making sure each request moves smoothly from sourcing to fulfillment. With experience in technical environments and structured workflows, he brings organization and consistency to the company’s processes. Caleb coordinates procurement activities, communicates with distributors, monitors order timelines, and supports agency requests. His focus is on the details—keeping everything organized, on schedule, and handled with professionalism.

Aaron Payne - Co-Founder & Chief Strategy Officer (CSO)

Aaron leads strategic planning and long-range positioning for CCGS, ensuring the company’s capabilities remain aligned with evolving agency needs, market conditions, and legislative trends. With a multidisciplinary background spanning academic research, analytical laboratories, and military service, he brings a strong focus on compliance, competitiveness, and reliability. Aaron’s experience in high-reliability environments and equipment integration supports CCGS’s emphasis on quality systems, forward planning, and mission-critical performance.
